Meet Sasha Flowers, M.A.

Hi there! I am a 4th year clinical psychology doctoral student at George Mason University and a clinical extern for MOAT. I have previous experience supporting clients with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and trauma- and stressor-related disorders.

My top priorities in treatment are fostering a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, transparency, and collaboration, and facilitating a person-centered approach to care that tailors evidence-based techniques to best meet the needs of each unique client. My hope is that through our work together, we can create meaningful, lasting change as you feel empowered to shape a life that reflects your values, strengths, and goals.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, cooking, and being in nature.

I work under the supervision of Dr. Kevin Young, and I am able to work with clients located in Maryland and Virginia. I look forward to working with you!
