Hi there! If your mind has a talent for imagining every possible “what if?” scenario, I suspect you're already working pretty hard. My invitation is simple: come exactly as you are. I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and true partnership. You bring the expertise of your lived experience, and I’ll bring tools grounded in the best psychological research and clinical science available. Let’s figure this out together!
My unconventional path has taught me to appreciate the untold stories being carried and the hidden strengths within them. I’ve been privileged to work alongside clients of all ages, cultures, and life circumstances as they navigate anxiety, trauma, interpersonal and emotional difficulties, and deeply human struggles that don’t always come with names. Prior to my current doctoral studies in clinical psychology at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, I studied at George Mason, Georgetown, and Harvard universities. Through my many chapters, this is the work that’s always been my true calling. As a MOAT extern, I’m grateful to share part of your journey.
When I’m not helping people unleash their superpowers, you can find me befriending every dog in sight, laughing way too hard at terrible jokes, and posing so many random questions that my search history makes zero sense.
I currently practice under the esteemed supervision of Dr. Young and work with clients located in both Maryland and Virginia.
